Tathagata Mukherjee Acting & Film Lab (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute") provides offline acting classes, filmmaking workshops, and related educational services ("Services"). The content, schedule, and structure of these Services are solely designed and maintained by the Institute and may be modified as deemed necessary to ensure educational quality.
2. User Responsibilities
By enrolling in our programs or using our website, users agree to provide accurate and complete personal and payment information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any communications or materials provided by the Institute and must ensure they meet the minimum eligibility requirements (such as age or prior experience, if applicable) for the specific course they enroll in.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
All course fees are clearly listed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment must be completed in full (or via an approved EMI option through our designated payment gateway, such as Razorpay) prior to course commencement to secure enrollment. The Institute reserves the right to change the pricing of any course at any time, though such changes will not affect users who have already completed their enrollment.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the strictly limited number of seats (e.g., 8 or 15 seats per batch), all course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once paid. If a student decides to withdraw, cancel, or abandon the program after enrollment, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. In the highly unlikely event that the Institute cancels a scheduled course entirely, enrolled students will be offered a full refund of the fees paid or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future batch.
5. Privacy Policy
Information Collected: We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and portfolio links during the inquiry and enrollment process. Payment details are collected securely by our designated payment gateway.

Any legal action or proceeding related to the Institute shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
